Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking an enthusiastic Leasing Consultant to attract prospective tenants and guide them through the leasing process. You will market properties, conduct tours, screen applicants, and negotiate lease terms to achieve high occupancy and exceptional resident experiences.

With a focus on customer service, you will respond to inquiries, assist with move-in paperwork, and collaborate with the Property Manager to meet leasing goals while upholding fair housing standards and company

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants and market available properties.
• Conduct property tours and present leasing terms to prospects.
• Screen applicants and negotiate lease agreements to secure occupancy.
