Job summary

ResProp Management is seeking a motivated Leasing Specialist to guide prospects from tour to move-in, present property features, and execute leases. You’ll market properties, support occupancy goals, and maintain strong resident relations while coordinating events and ensuring clean, welcoming communities.

The role requires a customer-focused salesperson with tech savvy and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Cheerful attitude and focus on customer service.
• Tech savvy – able to learn/work with property management applications.
• Strength in Sales / Leasing / Closing.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in, including closing the sale and completing lease documents.
• Understand the property's features and relate them to prospective residents' needs.
• Market the property online and via social media and outreach marketing.
• Support occupancy and retention goals with follow-up on prospects and residents.
• Handle unpredictable situations with problem-solving and good judgment.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the property and competitors to answer resident questions.
• Build relationships with residents through courteous, timely responses.
• Prepare lease documents, resident files, and related bookkeeping tasks with attention to detail.
• Plan and organize resident events with teammates.
• Assist Assistant Manager in collection of delinquent rents.
• Visually inspect and maintain cleanliness of the property and common areas daily.
