You will implement marketing strategies, coordinate showings, and support rent-ready units with attention to compliance and service quality.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work on weekends in a full-time office setting.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required with customer-focused experience.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to connect with people.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct property tours, greet prospects, qualify leads, and process applications.
• Support lease drafting, move-in packages, renewals, and tenant retention efforts.
• Design offsite marketing activities and drive traffic to the property.
• Perform property inspections and assist with leasing office upkeep and reports.
