Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Sales Consultant to execute marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies, driving occupancy and revenue at our Asheville community. You will guide prospects through the leasing process with professionalism and knowledge of the community lifestyle, while supporting resident satisfaction and renewals.

Responsibilities include lead management, CRM usage, data analysis, event support, and collaboration with the Lifestyle Coordinator to boost resident engagement, while upholding

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of sales, marketing, internet, and customer service experience.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and close leases.
• Strong math skills to process sales and payments.

Responsibilities

• Greets prospects, conducts property tours, processes applications, and assists with move-in packages.
• Maintains CRM records and follows up with prospects within 24 hours.
• Analyzes market data and coordinates marketing events to drive traffic and occupancy.
• Supports lease renewals and implements AA renewal playbook.
