Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing / Sales Consultant in Asheville, NC to drive occupancy and revenue by guiding prospective residents through the leasing process and showcasing the community’s lifestyle offerings. You will manage leads, use CRM, coordinate tours, review applications, and support lease renewals while upholding Greystar’s standards and service expectations.

This role requires 1–3 years in sales or customer service, a high school diploma, and strong communication skills; on-site work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate/bachelor's preferred.
• 1–3 years of sales, marketing, or customer service experience.
• Strong reading, writing, and communication skills for legal docs.
• Financial record keeping and reporting ability.
• Sales skills: lead generation, presenting, qualifying, closing.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify prospects, conduct property tours, and process applications to achieve occupancy goals.
• Track leads and follow up within 24 hours to convert to leases.
• Collaborate with marketing to implement plans and drive traffic.
• Assist with lease renewals and prepare renewal letters.
• Maintain show units and prepare leasing office for daily activity.
