Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, internet, and customer service to resolve issues and keep records.
• Strong reading, writing and communication to explain apartment features and answer questions.
• Math skills to process sales conversions.
• Ability to generate leads, present, qualify prospects, and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to reach revenue and occupancy goals.
• Greet prospects, tour properties, qualify leads, process applications, and sign leases.
• Maintain CRM data and follow up with prospects within 24 hours.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Collaborate with Lifestyle Coordinator to boost resident engagement.
• Inspect show units and ensure show-ready condition daily.
• Prepare renewal letters and packages; manage renewal timing and documents.
