Greystar is seeking a Leasing / Sales Consultant to drive marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies, guiding prospects through the leasing process with professionalism and a deep understanding of the community’s lifestyle offering. The Sales Consultant supports resident satisfaction through lease terms and renewals, using lead management and CRM tools.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required, associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years minimum of relevant experience in sales, marketing, internet, and customer service.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to explain apartment features and docs.
• Math skills necessary to process sales conversions.
• Ability to generate leads, present, qualify prospects, and close deals.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours and show apartments, process applications, income and background checks, prepare leases and move-in packages.
• Record move-in details and maintain accurate prospect data in CRM.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue growth.
• Design and execute marketing activities and events to drive traffic and referrals.
• Maintain show-ready units and coordinate with maintenance for upkeep.
