Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate rentals, move-ins and renewals across our properties in Florida. You will engage with prospective residents, tour models, and ensure a high occupancy rate while delivering exceptional customer service.

Role requires strong communication, organizational skills and familiarity with property management processes. A full-time schedule includes weekdays and Saturdays, with Sundays off and one weekday off. Benefits are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve occupancy and retention.
• Qualify prospective residents and prepare lease documentation.
