Mill Creek Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the primary contact for residents and prospects. You will deliver outstanding service, demonstrate sales excellence, and guide prospects to select new homes while supporting residents throughout their residency lifecycle.

Reporting to the Senior Community/Community Manager, you’ll align duties with skills, experience, and community needs, ensuring market-ready homes and a positive resident experience.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Commitment to, and passionate for, providing outstanding customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Multi-family, single-family rentals or related property management experience is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Greet prospective residents warmly and determine needs and preferences.
• Present the community and homes along with features and benefits.
• Complete lease applications, assist with verification, and notify results promptly.
• Convert leads into leases and follow up with non-leasing prospects.
• Update market surveys and stay informed on rents, specials, and events.
