Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and present features and benefits of the community.
• Secure lease agreements from qualified applicants.
• Collect deposits and process applications.
• Maintain model/target apartments and a clean workspace.
• Maintain knowledge of lease terms, unit specifications, and current market conditions.
• Utilize customer service and sales techniques.
• Maintain contact with locator services and local businesses.
• Conduct outreach marketing and develop resident retention programs.
• Create and maintain move-in files and assist with ongoing file maintenance.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Handle resident requests and complaints courteously and efficiently.
