Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking a Community Assistant for the brand-new Cora lease-up property. Under the Community Manager, you will ensure excellent customer service and oversee daily operations to create a quality living environment for residents.

You will manage administrative tasks, assist with leasing and team coordination, and help maintain compliance with LIHTC and Fair Housing guidelines while supporting residents and property performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred; Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) accreditation or LIHTC designations preferred.
• One year of property management experience or a 4-year degree; knowledge of Landlord-Tenant Laws, Fair Housing regulations, IRS Section 42 LIHTC rules.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office; Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager with recruiting and team supervision.
• Support daily operations to maintain quality living environment for residents.
• Coordinate revenue-related tasks and monitor occupancy standards.
• Answer resident inquiries and coordinate events and resident functions.
