Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in customer service, sales, or administrative support.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, prospective residents, and vendors professionally; respond to inquiries via phone, text, email, and in person.
• Conduct property tours highlighting community features and amenities.
• Explain lease terms, pricing, policies, and applications clearly.
• Assist applicants through leasing process including screenings and documentation.
• Prepare lease agreements, renewals, and related paperwork per procedures.
