Decron Properties is seeking a Leasing Consultant to create a welcoming environment for prospective and current residents. You will lead property tours, explain lease terms, process applications, and maintain occupancy goals with professionalism.

The role involves coordinating with the Community Manager, supporting marketing efforts, and fostering a positive community atmosphere both online and on-site. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of customer service, sales, or administrative experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, prospective residents, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy.
• Conduct property tours highlighting features, available units, and amenities.
• Explain lease terms, pricing, policies, and application procedures clearly.
• Assist applicants through leasing process including screening and documentation.
• Prepare lease agreements, renewals, and related paperwork per company guidelines.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of units, rates, occupancy, and promotions.
• Follow up with prospects to maximize leasing conversion rates.
• Monitor local competition to support leasing strategies.
• Support marketing efforts including online ads and social media content.
• Assist in organizing resident events and community activities.
• Address questions and escalate complex issues to the Community Manager.
