Job summary

Omninet Capital is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and renewals at Village Park Apartments in Orlando, FL. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and ensure satisfaction.

You will assist the Community Manager, handle leasing tasks, and participate in market outreach, while maintaining records and delivering excellent customer service daily.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of customer service or sales experience.
• Residential leasing experience preferred.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rent apartment homes: generate traffic, respond to inquiries, greet prospects, tour, qualify prospects, close the sale by obtaining a rental application and deposit.
• Visually inspect property daily; ensure cleanliness; communicate service needs to Community Manager.
• Demonstrate features and benefits; apply product knowledge to clients; close the sale.
• Process rental applications, obtain documents, schedule move-ins; prepare lease files.
• Maintain lease files; track traffic; convert at least 30% to leases.
• Follow up with prospects within 24 hours and at least two more contacts.
