Job summary

Enterprise Community Partners seeks a property leasing specialist to implement sales and marketing activities on and off site to meet occupancy goals. You will show and lease apartments, qualify residents per program requirements, and manage renewals while ensuring compliance with the Fair Housing Act.

You will interact with residents and staff, handle rent collections, maintain records, and prepare operational reports.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in sales and/or tax credit leasing preferred.
• NCHM COS / TCS Certification or equivalent certification, or ability to obtain it.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Implements sales and marketing activities on and off site to achieve occupancy goals.
• Shows and leases apartments, qualifies residents per program requirements, and manages lease renewals.
• Communicates effectively with residents, associates, management and guests to address concerns.
• Collects rents, monitors delinquencies, and maintains accurate records.
• Prepares and distributes reports on operational and financial data.
• Promotes resident services initiatives and engages residents in activities and events.
• Participates in required training sessions and keeps management informed of relevant information.
• Supports other communities as assigned and performs other duties as needed.
