Job summary

Enterprise Community Partners is seeking a Leasing Specialist to drive sales and manage occupancy across communities. You will implement on-site and off-site marketing strategies, screen applicants, and process leases, while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and program requirements.

You'll interact with residents, maintain records, generate reports, and support resident services initiatives. Weekend hours may be required, and a high level of customer service for older adults is valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous sales or leasing experience preferred.
• NCHM COS & TCS Certification or equivalent certification or ability to obtain certifications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to quickly learn new applications.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation for older adults.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle a high volume of telephone calls.

Responsibilities

• Implements sales and marketing activities on site and off site to achieve occupancy goals.
• Ensures compliance with the Fair Housing Act, shows and leases apartments, and manages renewals.
• Interacts with residents; communicates professionally to address concerns.
• Maintains knowledge of policies and procedures and follows Enterprise Residential guidelines.
• Collects rents, monitors delinquencies, and maintains accurate records.
• Prepares, monitors, and distributes reports on operational and financial data.
• Promotes resident services initiatives and engages residents in community activities.
• Attends required training sessions and supports other communities as assigned.
