Job summary

Enterprise Community Partners, Inc. seeks a Leasing Associate to market and lease apartments, ensuring a safe, attractive living environment and high resident satisfaction in our Baltimore communities.

You will show and lease units, screen applicants, collect rents, and prepare reports while complying with the Fair Housing Act. Weekend hours may be required, and a strong customer service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property leasing preferred.
• Certification: NCHM COS and TCS or willingness to obtain.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Market and lease the property to achieve occupancy goals.
• Show and lease apartments; screen applicants.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing Act.
• Collect rents and manage delinquencies.
• Prepare reports on occupancy and finances.
• Provide excellent resident service and communication.
