The role emphasizes compliance with housing laws, efficient rent collection, reporting, and collaboration with the Resident Services team to engage residents in community activities.

Responsibilities

• Markets and leases the property at or above occupancy goals.
• Ensures compliance with the Fair Housing Act and program requirements.
• Interacts with residents and staff to address concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collects rents, monitors delinquencies, and maintains records.
• Prepares and distributes reports on operational and financial data.
• Promotes resident services initiatives and organizes community activities.
• Performs required trainings and supports other communities as needed.
