Job summary

Qualifications

• Certifications or willingness to obtain certifications.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Market and lease property to achieve occupancy targets.
• Show and lease apartments in compliance with program rules.
• Qualify prospects and manage lease renewals.
• Communicate with residents and staff respectfully.
• Collect rents and monitor delinquencies.
• Prepare reports on operational and financial data.
• Promote resident services and events.
