Prime Group in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a friendly Leasing Consultant to greet prospects, present available apartments, and guide applicants through the leasing process with excellent service. You will conduct property tours, prepare lease agreements, and maintain high occupancy while building lasting resident relationships.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of leasing and/or sales experience in a rental community.
• Proficiency with personal computers and MS Office.
• Rent Manager experience a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outgoing personality; able to work with the public.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist prospective residents with details on apartments and amenities.
• Lead engaging property tours of model units and available homes.
• Explain lease terms and guide applicants through the leasing process.
• Prepare and review lease agreements with clarity and accuracy.
• Deliver excellent customer service and promptly resolve resident questions.
• Build lasting resident relationships to drive renewals and referrals.
• Keep leasing records and property management software up to date.
