Job summary

Wallick Communities is seeking a Community Manager to lead leasing and maintenance staff, ensuring high resident satisfaction and strong property performance. The role emphasizes payroll accuracy, financial controls, and timely processing of invoices and purchases.

You will manage rent collections, occupancy targets (minimum 98%), and relations with owners and residents while upholding Wallick’s DEI + Belonging values and internal policies. A strong focus on compliance and reporting is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as a residential property manager, HUD/Section 8 a plus.
• High School diploma required; associate degree a plus.
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.
• Commitment to excellent resident service.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of leasing agents and maintenance staff to deliver excellent resident experiences.
• Process community staff payroll accurately and on time.
• Ensure rent collections and deposit of funds.
• Process invoices and manage community purchasing and supplies.
• Maintain occupancy targets and positive owner/resident relations.
