Qualifications

• Experience as a residential property manager or in a general manager position with strong leadership & process skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage staff and ensure compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of leasing agents and maintenance professionals to provide a great resident experience.
• Process community staff payroll and manage finances including rent collections and invoices.
• Review rental applications for approval and maintain community occupancy levels (minimum 98%).
• Ensure move-out inspections, annual inspections, and housekeeping are completed timely; audit resident files for accuracy.
• Complete required government and company reports; maintain property to company standards; perform related duties as assigned.
