Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC seeks a skilled Community Manager to lead the property team and drive leasing and operations to meet financial goals. You will hire, train, and evaluate staff, implement marketing strategies, and build strong relationships with residents and clients.

You will analyze market trends, manage budgets, supervise maintenance, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering exceptional service and maintaining curb appeal across the property.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1–3 years supervisor experience in multi-family property management.
• Experience in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service preferred.
• Proficiency in property management software (Entrata/Yardi/OneSite).

Responsibilities

• Lead property team and manage daily activities to meet budgeted goals.
• Interview, hire, orient, and train new hires; evaluate staff.
• Meet revenue targets by implementing marketing and leasing strategies.
• Perform budget modeling, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
• Manage invoicing, financial records, and reporting.
• Monitor market trends and recommend improvements; stay updated on tech and leasing tools.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, evictions, collections, and notices.
• Conduct property tours for clients/owners and report performance.
• Manage contractors and vendors; ensure safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal.
• Resolve resident and customer complaints and issues.
• Develop competitive insights by monitoring competitors and market relations.
