Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to supervise all aspects of a housing community on-site, reporting to the Regional Manager.

You will manage leasing, staffing, budgeting, and resident relations while maintaining compliance with safety and fair housing guidelines. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong coordination with HR and maintenance teams, and a focus on profitability and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four year’s experience in the housing industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of a housing community on-site under Regional Manager supervision.
• Supervise staff, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site personnel.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and marketing plans to optimize NOI.
• Monitor rent collections, deposits, vendor invoices, and reporting timelines.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
