Job summary

Freeman Webb Company is seeking an Assistant Manager to support leasing operations and daily property management at a Columbia, TN community. You will greet residents, verify applications, draft leases, and assist with marketing efforts and resident relations.

The role requires reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proven leasing experience with leadership capabilities. Training and internal growth are emphasized within a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Experience requirements: at least 12 months with Freeman Webb in leasing or a higher role.
• Strong leasing ability and leadership skills; thorough knowledge of policies and procedures.
• Proficient with on-site computer hardware and software applications.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Handle leasing activities: greet the public, answer calls, show the model, verify residency applications, draft and sign leases.
• Execute marketing tasks, conduct follow-ups with potential residents, and prepare weekly overviews and reports.
• Manage rent postings, deposits, work orders, and routine maintenance documentation.
• Train new staff and support the Community Manager with managerial reports and special projects.
