• Ability to generate reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients, customers, and the general public.

• Shows and leases apartments to prospective Residents by performing duties.
• Develops and maintains Resident relations through on-site staff, prompt maintenance, and policy knowledge.
• Develop professional sales techniques.
• Accompany prospects to model apartments and discuss lease terms and amenities.
• Make follow-up calls to prospective Residents who did not apply.
• Complete lease forms and collect deposits.
• Inspect model conditions and coordinate maintenance.
• Maintain and update listings of available units.
• Assist with newspaper ads and marketing efforts.
• Check credit, previous landlords, and employment history of applicants.
• Substitute for Assistant Manager when needed.
• Adhere to fair housing laws.
