Job summary

Freeman Webb Company is seeking a friendly Leasing Agent to show and lease apartments to prospective residents in Knoxville, TN. You will guide tours, explain floor plans, and highlight community amenities while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and follow-up to secure applications and deposits. On-site duties include coordinating maintenance requests and assisting with marketing and rental paperwork.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent education preferred.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills required.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with prospective Residents and current Residents to address inquiries.
• Leases apartments and collects rental deposits.
• Assists with on-site marketing and listing updates.
• Substitutes for Assistant Manager when needed.
• Adheres to fair housing laws.
• Attends regular/weekly staff and management meetings.
