Job summary

Freeman Webb Company Realtors, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead leasing activities and support property management operations at the community level. The role includes marketing, resident relations, and administrative duties to maintain curb appeal and occupancy.

Qualifications

• Must have demonstrated leasing ability and leadership.
• Strong knowledge of policies and procedures and problem solving.
• Proficient with on-site computer hardware and software applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle leasing activities: greet prospects, verify applications, draw up leases and renewals.
• Post rent, prepare deposits, and handle routine administrative duties.
• Conduct market and competition analysis, and assist with marketing and outreach to residents.
• Train new employees as requested by the Community Manager.
• May assume Community Manager responsibilities in their absence.
