Job summary

Freeman Webb Company is seeking a Leasing Consultant to show and lease apartments to prospective residents. The role reports to the Community Manager and requires strong communication and sales skills.

You will manage lease paperwork, deposits, and model apartment tours, while upholding fair housing laws and maintaining unit listings. On-site position with opportunities for growth through training and internal advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or property management preferred.
• Ability to generate reports and maintain records.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with prospective Residents and handles questions and complaints.
• Develops resident relations through on-site activities and timely maintenance follow-up.
• Learn to develop professional sales techniques to close leases.
• Accompanies prospects to model apartments and explains lease terms and facilities.
• Completes lease forms and collects rental deposits.
• Maintains up-to-date listings of available units and assists with ads.
• Substitutes for the Assistant Manager when needed.
• Adheres to all fair housing laws.
