Job summary

Franklin Group is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support daily operations of the property under the Community Manager's direction. You will handle leasing, resident relations and administrative tasks while ensuring compliance with housing standards.

Responsibilities include reporting, scheduling, inspections, and maintaining office systems. Tax credit experience is required, along with Fair Housing training within the first days of hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1 year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Tax Credit experience required.
• Fair Housing certification/training within the specified timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Post rent to MRI and perform bookkeeping functions as needed.
• Assist Community Manager with leasing, orientation, training and scheduling.
• Inspect properties and ensure on-site office organization and maintenance.
