Capstone Management Partners, LLC seeks a Leasing Community Intern (Temporary, Non-Exempt) to deliver exceptional resident service and support leasing activities on-site. The role emphasizes teamwork, occupancy goals, and adherence to the Cardinal Way of Leasing practices.

The intern will handle guest greetings, phone inquiries, and tours, while assisting with lease paperwork and event planning. Evening and weekend availability is required during the internship period.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a degree program with a minimum of 6 credit hours.
• Must have completed at least one year at the enrolled college/university.
• Maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA (verified annually).
• Must be a current or future leaseholder of the community.
• Must live on designated community floor as assigned by Community Manager.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Available ~20 hours per week; evenings and weekends.
• Cardinal Culture and Cardinal Core Values adherence.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high quality customer service to residents.
• Perform front desk administrative tasks.
• Complete lease applications and files; pass leasing shops.
• Greet prospective clients and present community features.
• Close leases and follow up on leads.
• Maintain tour path cleanliness and professional conduct.
• Assist with community events and projects.
• Work on-call for lock-outs or nightly rounds.
