Cardinal Group Companies is seeking a Leasing Community Intern (Temporary, Non-Exempt) to deliver high-quality customer service to residents and support leasing activities.

As an intern, you will greet prospective clients, process applications, participate in Cardinal Way of Leasing training, and assist with events while working about 20 hours per week including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a degree program with a minimum of 6 credit hours.
• Must have completed at least one year at the enrolled college/university.
• Maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA, verified annually.

Responsabilités

• Be an ambassador for customer service by consistently going above and beyond to ensure Cardinal customers are satisfied.
• Administrative Front Desk tasks and duties.
• Participate in Cardinal Way of Leasing (CWoL) training as required.
• Greet prospective clients, answer leasing calls, determine needs, present the community and floor plans, and close the sale.
