Job summary

Capstone Management Partners, LLC is seeking a Leasing Community Intern to support leasing and resident services at our Tempe, AZ community. This temporary, non-exempt role focuses on delivering high-quality customer service and helping achieve 100% occupancy through retention and pre-leasing.

Responsibilities include front desk tasks, greeting prospects, presenting the property, processing applications, and assisting with events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be enrolled in a degree program with at least 6 credits.
• Must have completed at least one year at the enrolled college/university.
• Maintain a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA.
• Must be a current or future leaseholder of community.
• Must live on designated community floor as assigned.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Available to work approximately 20 hours per week.
• Available evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for customer service and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Administrative front desk tasks and duties.
• Participate in Cardinal Way of Leasing (CWoL) training.
• Greet prospective clients and answer calls, determine needs, and present the community.
• Utilize feature/benefit selling and close the lease.
• Complete lease applications and file paperwork, pass third party shops.
• Maintain lease file documentation and participate in audits.
• Keep tour paths clean and project a professional image.
• Assist with planning community events and other projects.
• On-call responsibilities and work evenings/weekends.
