Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in property management, sales, or operations.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with performance metrics and goals.
• Flexible schedule including Saturdays; occasional travel may be required.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive occupancy through marketing, leasing, and home sales activities.
• Oversee budgeting, rent collection, expense control, and vendor management.
• Monitor KPIs: occupancy, revenue, delinquency and expenses.
• Lead resident relations and resolve concerns to maintain a welcoming community.
• Hire, train, and develop team members; foster accountability and collaboration.
• Coordinate maintenance, safety, and compliance for the property.
