Job summary

Lakeshore Management is seeking a Community Manager in the Las Vegas area to lead operations, increase occupancy, and drive revenue growth. You will manage leasing, marketing, reporting, and team development while ensuring high resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5+ years in property management or related fields, strong communication, and a proactive leadership style. Nevada license compliance and occasional travel are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in property management, sales, or operations.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel for company training and events quarterly; occasional overnight travel.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• In Nevada, must obtain Nevada Manufactured Housing Salesperson License for home sales compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations: budgeting, rent collection, expense control, and vendor management.
• Monitor KPIs: occupancy, revenue, delinquency, and expenses.
• Ensure curb appeal, property standards, and efficiency.
• Prepare financial and operational reports.
• Drive occupancy through marketing, leasing, and home sales activities.
• Manage full prospect lifecycle: lead follow-up, appointments, tours, closing.
• Oversee lease renewals and resident retention.
• Track pipeline activity and adjust strategies to meet goals.
• Serve as primary contact for residents and resolve issues promptly.
• Hire, train, and develop team; set expectations and accountability.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and coordinate with maintenance/vendors.
• Oversee home inventory, capital projects, and budget adherence.
