Job summary

Lakeshore Management in Miami, FL is seeking a motivated Community Manager to lead operations with a strong focus on occupancy, sales performance, and resident satisfaction. You will oversee budgeting, leasing, and team leadership in a fast-paced multi-site environment.

This role requires 3-5+ years in property management or sales, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and a track record of hitting occupancy and revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in property management, sales, or operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including budgeting, rent collection, expense control, and vendor management.
• Drive occupancy through marketing, leasing, and home sales activities; manage lead follow-up, tours, and closings.
• Lead and develop team members; ensure a collaborative, accountable culture.
• Ensure property maintenance, safety, compliance, and issuing timely reports.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors; support project initiatives and capital improvements.
