Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in property management, sales, or operations.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with performance metrics and goals.
• Willing to work Saturdays and be on-call/after hours.
• Flexible and available for travel for training and events quarterly, including occasional overnight travel.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including budgeting, rent collection, expense control, and vendor management.
• Monitor KPIs: occupancy, revenue, delinquency, and expense performance.
• Ensure property standards, curb appeal, and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and submit required financial and operational reports.
• All duties must be performed in accordance with company policies and laws.
• Drive occupancy through marketing, leasing, and home sales activities.
• Manage full prospect lifecycle: lead follow-up, appointments, tours, and closing.
• Execute outreach strategies to generate traffic and improve conversion.
• Oversee lease renewals and resident retention efforts.
• Track pipeline activity and adjust strategies to meet goals.
• Serve as primary point of contact for residents.
• Address concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Promote a positive and welcoming community environment.
• Hire, train, and develop team members.
• Set expectations and hold team accountable for performance.
• Foster a collaborative, respectful, results-oriented culture.
• Ensure property is well-maintained and compliant.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors.
• Enforce community rules and company policies.
• Oversee home inventory, installations, and capital projects.
