Vivmark Residential is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead an apartment community with a focus on delivering luxury living and exceptional service. You will oversee leasing, resident relations, and partnerships with maintenance to ensure financial performance and high guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-family or related property management experience.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Experience managing community operations, including financial performance, customer service, communications, marketing, negotiation, crisis management, and staffing.
• Experience supporting and developing subordinates and providing feedback and coaching to subordinates.
• Ability to exercise professional judgment with composure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of office operations, from leasing and resident relations to maintenance partnerships.
• Ensure financial performance goals are met and budgets are managed.
• Lead training and development for staff to improve service and efficiency.
