Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in New York. You will drive the sales process, build strong connections with prospects and residents, and deliver exceptional service to facilitate lease renewals, with a clear pathway for career growth toward a Community Manager position.

You will lead, mentor, and train in sales, marketing, and customer service, while managing financial transactions and maintaining resident files to ensure accurate records.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Residential or commercial property management, hospitality, or retail experience preferred.
• Customer service and sales experience required.
• Strong written and oral communication in English.
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Drive the sales process and lease renewals with prospects and residents.
• Lead, mentor, and train team in sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Manage financial transactions and resident file maintenance.
• Explain lease provisions and oversee move-in activities and orientations.
• Respond promptly to resident calls and emails, addressing needs and following up.
