Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to lead a leasing team and elevate the apartment living experience. You will support the Community Manager, implement sales and marketing plans, coach leasing consultants, and ensure exceptional customer service across the community.

With 1-3 years in multifamily or related fields and supervisory experience, you will guide staff, manage resident activities, and help maximize revenue while maintaining compliance with fair housing laws.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of multifamily experience or related environment (hotel/retail/restaurant).
• 1+ years supervisory or training experience required.
• Proficiency in using administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager in maintaining and executing sales/marketing strategies.
• Lease apartment homes and educate residents on community information.
• Address and resolve customer service concerns promptly and professionally; ensure high loyalty.
• Develop, implement and monitor programs to maximize revenue and improve customer experience.
• Support residents during move-in, renewals, and moves; assist with transfers.
• Conduct market surveys and keep abreast of changing conditions.
• Plan and execute resident events to foster community connections.
• Follow Vivmark policies to ensure compliance with fair housing laws.
