Vivmark Residential is seeking a Sales & Service Supervisor to lead the leasing team and oversee office operations, driving exceptional service and luxury living experiences. You will coach leasing consultants, manage client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth across the community.

The role requires 1-3 years in multifamily or related settings with supervisory experience. A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of multifamily experience or related experience in hotel, retail, or restaurant environments.
• 1+ years of supervisory or training experience.
• High school diploma or equivalency (GED) required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency in using administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsabilités

• Assist the Community Manager to maintain and execute an effective sales and marketing strategy.
• Lease apartment homes and manage/prospect leads, presenting community information to residents and prospects.
• Address and resolve customer service concerns promptly to ensure high loyalty and satisfaction.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring programs to maximize revenue and control expenses.
• Support residents during move-in, lease renewals, move-out, and transfers.
• Conduct market visits to update surveys and stay informed on market conditions.
• Plan and execute resident activities and events to foster community connections.
• Follow Vivmark policies to ensure compliance with fair housing laws and regulations.
