Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to execute the property's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit checks, prepare leases, and ensure smooth move-ins, renewals, and resident satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills, with ability to work weekends and adapt to a fast-paced leasing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management, leasing, or sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions.
• Ability to present, tour properties, and close lease deals.
• Familiarity with standard marketing and leasing tools.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, tour property, screen applications, and prepare lease paperwork.
• Market property and drive traffic through on-site and off-site campaigns.
• Ensure resident satisfaction and manage renewals and move-ins.
• Maintain property appearance and comply with company policies.
