Job summary

RPM Living is hiring a Leasing Associate responsible for leasing, marketing and maintaining positive resident relations. You will handle lease signing, show apartments, and act as a landlord for property owners.

Key duties include scheduling tours, processing applications with credit checks, following up on status, and ensuring resident satisfaction through prompt issue resolution. Must have associate degree or related experience.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or 6 months to 1 year related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, and in-person).
• Greet and qualify prospects, assist with applications and deposits per procedures.
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification.
• Show apartments and close sales, obtain signatures, and provide orientation.
• Maintain social media presence to enhance visibility and engagement.
• Respond to complaints and service requests to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Collaborate with maintenance and meet weekly and daily goals.
