The Scion Group is hiring an Experience Team Member (ETM) to support customer experience and sales at our property in Norman, Oklahoma. This role blends marketing, relationship building, administration and customer service in a fast-paced, collegiate environment.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience & Sales: Prioritize interactions and provide tours.
• Customer Experience & Sales: Provide feedback on sales barriers and customer objections to management.
• Customer Experience & Sales: Execute sales and engagement initiatives as outlined by management.
• Customer Experience & Sales: Provide recommendations on local marketing opportunities and messaging.
• Customer Experience & Sales: Assist with social media and communication on various platforms to engage customers.
• Customer Experience & Sales: Plan, promote and execute customer experience initiatives and marketing opportunities.
• Always represent the community positively and professionally, both in and out of the office.
• Property Administration: Log, file and retrieve customer packages.
• Property Administration: Assist with housekeeping and opening/closing the office, clubhouse, grounds and amenities.
• Property Administration: Schedule and follow up on maintenance requests to aid in timely resolutions.
• Property Administration: Maintain office organization and cleanliness.
• Property Administration: Assist with after-hours lock out duties as required.
