Job summary

The Scion Group LLC is hiring an Experience Team Member (ETM) to blend marketing, relationship-building, administration and customer service at our Lansing-area properties. You’ll engage residents and prospective customers, deliver tours, and support daily operations.

• Assist with social media and communications to engage customers.
• Plan and promote customer experience initiatives and broader marketing opportunities.
• Represent the community positively and professionally, in and out of the office.
• Demonstrate proficiency with general community knowledge and policies.
