Job summary

The Scion Group is seeking an Experience Team Member (ETM) to blend marketing, relationship building, administration and customer service at a university-area community. You will thrive in a fast-paced, collegiate setting with a strong emphasis on customer experience and partnerships within the community.

The ETM role requires excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, a stellar work ethic, and the ability to work daytime hours with on-call rotation during Turn periods during the summer

• Reliable, self-disciplined with ability to work during varied hours including holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize interactions and communication with customers. Provide community and amenity tours.
• Provide feedback on sales barriers and customer objections to management.
• Execute sales and engagement initiatives as outlined by management.
• Provide recommendations on local marketing opportunities and messaging.
• Assist with social media and communication on various platforms to engage customers.
• Assist with planning, promoting and executing customer experience initiatives, engagement initiatives, and additional marketing opportunities.
• Always represent the community positively and professionally, both in and out of the office.
