ConcordRENTS is seeking a leasing professional to join our Lake Sumter community. You will handle prospective resident inquiries, schedule tours, and explain lease options while maintaining high customer service standards.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, and experience in property management leasing is preferred. You will work in a full-time capacity with a focus on achieving occupancy goals and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of business.
• Strong customer service, verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Demonstrated customer service or sales experience.
• Property management leasing experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated problem resolution work experience.
• Ability to speak, read and write English for safety and productivity reasons.

Responsabilités

• Perform daily leasing tasks to secure occupancy and maintain community standards.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective residents and schedule tours.
• Explain lease options, move-in costs, and current promotions to applicants.
• Prepare apartments for showings and ensure model spaces are presentable.
