Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Agent to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for occupied communities. You will greet prospects, tours, process applications, and prepare leases to secure occupancy and revenue goals.

The role requires strong sales, marketing, and customer service skills, with the ability to use OneSite and Yardi. This on-site position emphasizes resident satisfaction and lease renewals.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing/sales to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Strong marketing and prospecting abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Licensed driver and ability to commute between properties.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform background checks, prepare leases and move-in packets.
• Inspect apartments and schedule maintenance for move-in readiness.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design marketing activities and online campaigns to drive traffic to the community.
• Utilize property management software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet quality standards and prepare leasing office daily.
• Follow up with prospects and renew residents to secure leases or renewals.
• Support lease renewals by preparing renewal letters and packages and contacting renewing residents.
