Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies across a busy apartment community. The role targets occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction from application through renewal and move-in.

You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit checks, and manage renewals. Proficiency with OneSite or Yardi is expected, with a flexible schedule and strong customer service ethos.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating leasing and renewal processes.
• Ability to develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans.
• Proficiency with on-site management software (OneSite, Yardi).

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and perform background checks.
• Inspect apartments and ensure move-in readiness; coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to maximize lease conversions.
• Use software to track availability and leasing activities; manage data.
• Prepare lease renewals and ensure timely execution.
