Job summary

Greystar seeks a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across a multifamily community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure smooth move-ins while maintaining high resident satisfaction.

You will stay informed on market conditions, implement marketing plans, and utilize OneSite or Yardi to manage inventory, traffic, and resident data. A valid driver’s license and flexibility for evenings/weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and sales to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and move-ins.
• Familiarity with onsite property management software like OneSite or Yardi.

Responsibilities

• Perform leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Inspect apartments and coordinate maintenance issues before move-in.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Create and drive traffic through marketing activities including online postings and referrals.
• Utilize on-site software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet quality standards and prepare leasing office for daily operations.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure lease signings and renewals.
• Support lease renewal process with timely renewal letters and packages.
• Respond promptly to resident or owner concerns and coordinate resolutions.
